Red White and Blue Overnight Oats

I can’t believe it’s already almost the FOURTH OF JULY! This summer has been flying by (as always). To help you savor the holiday a little more, I thought I’d bring back this Red, White, and Blue Overnight Oats recipe which was a hit on my old blog last year.

Overnight oats make for a cool, refreshing breakfast during the summer months and they’re so easy to make. Plus, they’re super filling so you can go on with your day without dealing with hunger pangs. The addition of berries in this recipe adds a dose of disease-fighting antioxidants, fiber, and vitamin C!

To make this recipe, you will need:

  • Oatmeal
  • Milk (I used almond milk!)
  • Yogurt
  • Berries
  • Optional toppings, such as coconut flakes

I hope you have a Happy Fourth! Let me know what fun plans you have in the comments below!
